MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Morris County Park Police made several arrests between Jan. 8 and Jan. 11, including for drug charges and needle possession charges. Read about those arrests, as written by police, here:
-1/8: ARREST FOR WARRANT: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop in Morris Township. An investigation revealed Rodrigo Solis, age 39, of Madison, to have a warrant for failure to appear in Sayreville Borough Municipal Court. He was released with a new court date pending.
-1/9: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation in Morris Township. An investigation led to Phillip S. Jones, age 43, of Henryville, PA., to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (suspected Cocaine), Possession of Hypodermic Needles, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released with a court date pending.

-1/11: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers observed a County Ordinance violation at the Frelinghuysen Arboretum in Morris Township. An investigation led to Vincent S. Jurczyszyn, age 40, of Wantage Township, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released with a court date pending.
-1/11: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation in Jefferson Township. An investigation led to Jacques M. Evans, age 26, of Brooklyn, N.Y., to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released with a court date pending.
