Drunk Driver In Two School Zone Crashes: Mendham Boro Police
Police say the driver damaged three cars in the two crashes.
MENDHAM BOROUGH, NJ — An alleged drunk driver was involved in two crashes in a school zone Thursday night, Mendham Borough police said.
Lisa Orazietti, 50, of Bernardsville, was charged with drunk driving, drunk driving in a school zone, and ticketed with reckless driving, failure to keep right, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident after the crashes, police said. According to police, multiple residents called to report a crash on Hilltop Road, which turned out to actually be two crashes.
Police say Orazietti crashed into a parked Dodge Ram pickup truck in front of Past Time Club. The pickup was pushed into another truck. Witnesses told police Orazietti got out of the car about 50 feet away, then got back in the car and drove away.

The second crash was further up the road, where police say Orazietti crashed into a Mercedez Benz near the intersection of Talmage Road. Orazietti kept driving, police said, but was eventually pulled over by police.
She was arrested and released with an upcoming court date. Her car was impounded.
