DSW, Ulta In Talks For Roxbury Shopping Center

The popular shoe and make-up stores could soon call Roxbury home.

ROXBURY, NJ — DSW, Ulta, and Five Below are in talks to move into the new Shops At Ledgewood Commons, Advance Realty confirmed to Patch.

Nothing has been finalized yet, a spokesperson said, but those three shops are in talks to lease retail space. No opening date or timeline has been set for any possible stores.

The realty company could not confirm recent chatter that a Starbucks or a Chipotle would be moving into the space.

The new Commons is replacing the former Ledgewood Mall. The Macy's, one of the mall's largest tenants, was demolished in late 2017. Unlike the Mall, the new Commons will be an open air shopping center as part of an effort to "de-mall" the retail area.

Currently, a Marshall's, Ashley Furniture, WalMart, Red Lobster and Wendy's are in the space. It's located on Route 10, miles away from Route 46 and I-80.
