Enjoy A Candlelight Walk This Valentine's Day In Mendham

Looking for a fun way to start the Valentine's Day weekend? Following the walk, there will be chocolate-covered treats, and a photo op.

MENDHAM, NJ — Valentine's Day is just around the corner. And if you're having trouble making last-minute reservations, the good folks at Mendham Township have got you covered.

Forget about candlelight dinners and spa retreats. Instead, go for a candlelit walk. Yes, you read that correctly. The Mendham Township Recreation Department invites residents to a Valentine's Day Stroll at Pitney Park on Friday, Feb. 10, from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

The stroll will include a luminary-lit pathway and will conclude with chocolate-covered pretzels or strawberries and music in the Walled Garden. There will also be a photo opportunity in the gazebo.
