Mendham, Chester Kids, Teens Can Celebrate At 'Fall Fest' For A Good Cause

The fun kicks off this Friday at 4 p.m., then again at 6, at West Morris Central High School, to fundraise for the American Cancer Society.

CHESTER, NJ — Pumpkin painting, games, snacks and movies are part of the fun for a good cause for all age groups during “Fall Fest 2021,” at two different celebrations hosted by West Morris Relay For Life Committee, this coming Friday, Oct. 22.

For $5 per child and with parents free, kids who aren’t in high school yet can come to Fall Fest at West Morris Central High School on 295 Bartley Road, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. to enjoy pumpkin painting, games, snacks and time to watch The Muppets “Haunted Mansion” movie, the proceeds from the entry benefiting the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life.

The second round of festivities starts at 6 p.m. and continues until 8 p.m., during Fall Fest for high school-aged kids, also for $5 per ticket for high schoolers who come, to benefit Relay For Life. At the West Morris Central High School Courtyard, there will be live music, a bake sale, games a screening of “Hocus Pocus” and more fun.

There is additionally a giveaway for a professionally, hand-carved and reusable pumpkin, with names put into the drawing for any donations made to the West Morris Relay For Life, with Friday the final day to enter the drawing.
