Free Rabies Clinic Coming Up In Chester Township
All Chester dog and cat owners are invited to the free rabies clinic scheduled for Dec. 2.
CHESTER, NJ — Chester has scheduled a free rabies vaccination clinic for Dec. 2, officials announced.
The free clinic will be held in the lobby at the DPW Garage, which is located at 65 Furnace Road, in Chester, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and will take cats and dogs for immunization.
To enter the clinic, dogs must be restrained on a leash and accompanied by an adult. Cats must be restrained in carriers or similar carrying devices.

In recent months, animals in the Garden State have tested positive for rabies, emphasizing the importance of keeping your pets' immunizations up to date.
