Police are asking for the public's help in locating the owner of a dog that was found at around noon Thursday on Mendham's Tingley Road.

MENDHAM, NJ — Police are asking for the public's help in finding the owner of a dog that was spotted near 18 Tingley Road at around noon Thursday.

The dog was picked up by the Mendham Township Police Department's Animal Control Officer earlier today after the department was unable to locate its owner, police said.
