Holiday Home Decorating Contest Is Wrapping Up In Mendham
Think your decorations are the best in Mendham? Prove it in the borough's annual holiday competition.
MENDHAM, NJ — Are you especially proud of your holiday decorations this year?
Show off your festive spirit by entering Mendham's Holiday House Decorating Contest! The deadline to register is 5 p.m. on Dec. 20, and judging will take place starting Dec. 21.
Judges will drive around the borough to all participating homes to select the best decorations. The contest is for exterior decorations that are visible from the street. The judges will not be entering homes.

Judging criteria will include:
- Unique design and creative use of lights and decorations
- Storyline or theme
- Display and placement of decorations, animated objects, etc.
- Overall presentation
The winner will be announced at the first Borough Council meeting of the new year.
