Man Killed In Rt. 80 Crash Remembered As Loving Husband, Dad

MOUNT OLIVE, NJ — A Pennsylvania man killed in a crash on Route 80 this weekend is remembered as a loving husband and father in a fundraising effort set up to support his wife and daughter.
Marc DiRaimo of Meadville, Pa., was killed Saturday afternoon in Mount Olive when he was struck on the side of the road. Now, his wife, Courtney, and daughter, Celeste, are "absolutely heartbroken."
"He was the love of Courtney's life, her rock, her cheerleader, her partner and best friend. This tragedy has left Courtney to pick up the pieces - both financially and emotionally," a GoFundMe fundraiser set up on Courtney's behalf reads.

"Thank you everyone again. And please hug and love on your loved ones today and everyday. Always say I love you. Never go to bed angry. Be silly and laugh together. Those cherished moments can never be replaced," Courtney DiRaimo said.
DiRaimo was struck by a truck when he got out of his pickup around 1:30 p.m., police said. Some reports suggest DiRaimo had gotten out of his car to help another stopped driver.
