Mendham, Chester: Flu Shot Clinics Are Delayed
The delay is due to the vaccine not being made available from the manufacturer.
MENDHAM, NJ - Despite putting in their order back in February, the Bernards Township Health Department has had to delay the seasonal flu shot clinics originally scheduled for September and October.
The Bernards Township Health Department is the contractual health agency serving Bernards Township, Bernardsville Borough, Chester Borough, Long Hill Township, Mendham Borough, and Peapack and Gladstone Borough.
Although the vaccine was ordered in February, the delay is due to the vaccine not being available from the manufacturer, officials said, noting updated flu shot clinic dates will be advertised when vaccine is available.
