Mendham Twp. Committee GOP Candidates To Debate Before Primary Election

Three men, including one incumbent, will talk issues leading up to Primary Election.

MENDHAM TWP., N.J. – Three Republican candidates vying for two seats on the Mendham Township Committee will square off in a debate just before the June Primary Election.

Incumbent Samuel Tolley, Richard Diegnan, and Warren Gisser will take part in the forum at the Mendham Township Municipal Building on West Main Street in Brookside on Wednesday, June 1 at 7 p.m.

The event is sponsored by the Mendham Township Republican County Committee. One more candidate will be on the Primary ballot: Peter Dumovic, running as a Democrat.

Tolley is running for re-election while current committeewoman Maribeth Thomas won’t seek another term. Two, three-year seats are up for grabs in November.

The June Primary Election will be held June 7. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
