Minutemen Wrestlers Stomp Belvidere For Opening Match Win
Five pins and two forfeits set the tone in big victory.

MENDHAM, N.J. – That two-point loss to Belvidere last year stung, and the West Morris Mendham Minutemen wrestling team wanted to return the favor.
In the team’s first dual match of the season, the grapplers took it to Belvidere in a 51-15 romp, taking 10 of 14 matches.
Coach Steven Baig bumped three of his upper weight wrestlers to the next weight class, and the gamble paid off, as the team notched five pins and two forfeits. Troy Navarino at 170 and Michael Servais at 182 helped set the tone for the win.
