Our vision encompasses providing support through direct meal and essential items distributions, and to empower individuals by assisting with securing employment and housing. CHESTER, NJ — A person has died following a multi-vehicle car crash in Chester this weekend, police said. On Saturday, around 3:30 p.m., Chester police were called to the intersection of US Highway 206 and Fox Chase Road on a report of a car crash with "severe injuries." Police found two cars stalled on the side of the highway. The driver of one car sustained fatal injuries, with the car's passenger sustaining serious injuries. The other driver sustained minor injuries. All of the parties were taken to the Morristown Medical Center for treatment. The one driver was pronounced dead that day. Police said that due to the severity of the crash, the identities of the victims will not be announced at this time. An investigation into the crash is ongoing. Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has additional information should contact Detective Bohn at <a href="mailto:mbohn@chesterpolicenj.org" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">mbohn@chesterpolicenj.org</a>.
