CHESTER, NJ — Beach favorite Playa Bowls will be opening its fourth Morris County location in the coming months. The smoothie's shops Chester spot will open in the Chester Springs Shopping Center. No exact opening date has been announced yet, but the store's Facebook page says to expect an announcement soon. Playa Bowls has three other locations in Morris County already, if you can't wait: Denville, Morristown and Pequannock. In the beginning, Playa Bowls were mostly found in beach towns (Belmar was its first location), but have begun spreading inland. They currently have over two dozen. Most smoothie bowls are made with acai berries and a mix of other fruits, and sell for about $10 a bowl.
