MENDHAM BOROUGH, NJ — The 2020-2021 school year might seem like its months away today, but it will be here in a flash. That's why Hilltop School at Mendham Borough School District is already offering pre-registration for its incoming kindergarteners and first-time first-graders.

At this time, pre-registration is offered only for incoming kindergartners and first grade students from an outside kindergarten program.

Parents looking to enroll students are encouraged to first go online, review the enrollment process, complete pre-registration and download and complete required registration forms.

Formal registration will be held on a first-come-first-served basis between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 11, or Thursday, Feb. 13.

Registration only takes around 15 minutes, the school said in a statement. Parents need to bring the child's original birth certificate and three proof of residency documents from the following list: mortgage statement, certificate of occupancy, homeowner’s insurance, tax bill, lease, deed, and either a gas or electric bill.
