Mendham Township, NJ — On Monday, May 13th, zoning board of adjustment Chairman Gary Kapner and Committeewoman Tracey Moreen officially announced their candidacies for the Mendham Township Committee in the upcoming November election.
Kapner, a small business owner and experienced civic leader, has a proven track record of service and knowledge of municipal governance. He is committed to preserving Mendham's unique character.
