Troop 1 held their Fall Court of Honor on September 22nd, where Scouts earned an impressive total of 136 awards - including 15 Rank Advancements, 106 Merit Badges, and numerous trek awards and special badges.
Scoutmaster Bryan Hill remarked that he was proud of the Scouts’ individual efforts and their outreach in the community, including recent and upcoming Eagle Projects and other community service hours for Schiff Nature Preserve, Mendham Area Senior Housing, The Mendham 275th Anniversary, Mendham Borough and Mendham Township, and the Pastime Club.
Troop 1 Mendham is a boy-led Troop and is very active in the outdoors, community service and the ideals of scouting. Since its founding, T1 has produced 122 Eagle Scouts. For more information, visit us at mendhamtroop1.org
