Warrant Arrests Made In Four Different Morris Co. Parks

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Morris County Park Police made multiple arrests between April 11 and April 18, all of them for outstanding warrants. Read about those arrests, as written by police, here:
-4/11: ARREST FOR WARRANT: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation at Historic Speedwell Village in Morristown. An investigation revealed Quawan T. Hanna, age 37, of Morristown, to have a warrant from the Passaic County Sheriff's Office. He was released to their custody.
-4/14: ARREST FOR WARRANT: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Mine Hill Township. An investigation revealed Elissa Rubiano, age 45, of Dover, to have a warrant for failure to appear in Dover Joint Municipal Court. She was released with a new court date pending.
-4/17: ARREST FOR WARRANT: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Rockaway Township. An investigation revealed Shannon N. Stancil, age 30, of Newark, to have a warrant for failure to appear in Newark City Municipal Court. She was released with a new court date pending.

-4/18: ARREST FOR WARRANTS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Morristown. An investigation revealed Albert J. Pledger, age 65, of Morristown, to have warrants for failure to appear in Irvington, Parsippany, and Morristown Municipal Courts. He was able to post the required bail and released with new court dates pending.
