Customers without a computer can schedule a vaccine by calling 1-800-207-6099, Monday – Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This line will only be active when appointments are available, officials said.

Second Dose Appointment

At the time of your first dose, the pharmacy team will schedule your second dose appointment, if applicable. Per state guidance, second doses should be administered at the same location as your first dose.

Vaccine Cost

There are no out-of-pocket costs for the vaccine or its administration, regardless of insurance coverage. If you have insurance, they will process the vaccine through your insurance provider.

Vaccine Availability

The COVID-19 vaccine is in high demand and officials expect to receive a limited supply of the vaccine on a regular basis in order to vaccinate the groups listed above.

As the vaccine process evolves, so does the information they receive from local and state officials.
Here’s what you need to know:

  • New Appointment Timeslots: Will open online scheduling for appointments as shipments are confirmed. At this time, there is not a confirmed schedule. Expect appointments to continue to book quickly and customers are encouraged to check Wegmans.com/pharmacy, frequently. Appointments are first come, first served. There will be no waitlist.
  • Distribution of Vaccine: The amount of vaccine received starts with the federal government, who first allocates a certain number of vaccinations to each state. From there, the state determines how much goes to each region and provider.
