Women's Cancer Screening Scheduled Tuesday For Chester, Roxbury

CHESTER, NJ — The Roxbury Health Department is offering a free cancer screening to female residents in Chester Township and Roxbury on Tuesday.

The comprehensive screening includes a pelvic exam and Pap smear, breast exam, blood pressure testing, and a stool test as well as health education counseling for female residents. Low-cost or free mammography referrals could also be available for eligible women.

This cancer screening is on Tuesday, May 21 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Morristown Medical Center Health Pavilion, 333 Mount Hope Avenue, Rockaway NJ.

The fee is $55 for residents under 64, and $50 for residents aged 65 and up. Pre-registration is required by calling 973-448-2030.
