MIDDLETOWN, NJ — Mayor George Hoff and the Keansburg Borough Council just announced the line-up of summer 2024 events and concerts.
"We wanted to make this summer unforgettable for residents and visitors alike," said Mayor Hoff. "From food truck festivals and family fun days to beach concerts and fireworks, there's something for everyone to enjoy."
"The town is buzzing with excitement as we prepare for a summer filled with awesome activities for all ages, and I look forward to seeing everyone at our wonderful events," he added.

Bring the whole family for a day filled with fun activities, games, and live music by popular New Jersey band The Nerds. This festival is a great opportunity for families to come together and enjoy a day of entertainment and community spirit.
Friday Night Beach Concerts: July 5 – August 23
Get ready for the sounds of summer with our Friday night beach concerts. Enjoy live music on the beach every Friday from July 5 to August 23. This year's lineup includes:

- July 19: Asbury Fever
- July 26: Raw Vinyl
- August 2: Total Soul
- August 9: The Michael Patrick Band
- August 16: Bon Poison

August 6-27: Movies on the Beach
Every Tuesday night in August, bring your blankets and enjoy family-friendly movies under the stars. This free event is a wonderful way to spend a summer evening by the shore.
August 31: Floatopia featuring Moroccan Sheaphearders
End the summer with a splash at Floatopia. Join us for a day of floating fun in the water and enjoy live music from the Moroccan Sheaphearders. This unique event is sure to be a highlight of the season.
September 28: Keansburg Day with Fireworks
Celebrate our vibrant community at Keansburg Day. The festivities will include food, games, and live entertainment, concluding with a spectacular fireworks display that will light up the night sky.
Keansburg Beach
Keansburg Beach is one of the few accessible FREE beaches left in New Jersey, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and fun. The beach is ADA-friendly with accessible mobi mats and offers swimming from daybreak until dusk. Please note there are no lifeguards on duty at Keansburg Beach, swim at your own risk. Visitors are welcome on the beach until 7 p.m. or dusk, whichever is earlier, every day.
The beach is accessible via two wooden Bay Walks, and parking is in a metered municipal lot adjacent to the Bay Walks. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms and showers are located at the Beachway entrance by Main Street. The new parking meters by Baywalk East accept cash, credit, and mobile app payments. Beach Pavilion
The Beach Pavilion, located at the Baywalk East entrance on the Beachway and Main Street intersection, features a food concession, restrooms, and an outdoor shower. Adjacent to the Beach Pavilion at Beachway and Main Street, this small playground is open year-round for children's enjoyment.
