Enter “Wide Awake” – If You Dare

Celebrating 22 years of spine-tingling scares, the Haunted Theater at Brookdale’s Performing Arts Center invites you into “Wide Awake!”, a brand-new nightmare-fueled experience that blurs the line between dream and dread. This year’s theme will drag you into a twisted labyrinth of your deepest fears, and you’ll have to find your way out before they find you.

This isn’t your average haunted house. The indoor, self-guided maze is built and brought to life by more than 100 Brookdale students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members. Together, they transform the Performing Arts Center into a scream-worthy spectacle of pitch-black passages, immersive set designs, eerie special effects, and sinister surprises around every corner.

Rain or shine, the haunt is on, complete with an indoor queue line, creepy creatures lurking within, and food trucks and concessions outside to calm your nerves (or fuel your fear). Advance tickets are required and must be purchased online.

Lights On, Scares Off – A Behind-the-Screams Tour for children or for people who want to see how the haunted house is put on
