Guide To Halloween In Middletown

Middletown’s trick or treating hours will be noon to 7 p.m. on Oct. 31.

There will be an 8 p.m. curfew in effect for people under the age of 18 on Oct. 30 and Oct. 31.

“This is a fun time for the community, especially children who will be dressing up and trick-or-treating,” Middletown Police Chief R. Craig Weber said in a prepared statement “While we want everyone to enjoy their evening, we strongly encourage residents to be responsible and consider these safety tips.”
