Highlands Man Indicted on Aggravated Sexual Assault of Minor
Patrick Hartsgrove was indicted on offenses that allegedly occurred between September 2010 and February 2011.

A Monmouth County grand jury indicted a Highlands man on two charges including endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated sexual assault.
Patrick A. Hartsgrove, 37, of Miller Street, was indicted Friday, June 15 on the two charges. According to the indictment, Hartsgrove endangered the welfare of a child by allegedly engaging in sexual contact with them while he had assumed responsibility of the child’s care. The charge of aggravated sexual assault came from Hartsgrove allegedly committing an act of penetration upon the child.
According to the indictment, the victim is under the age of 13 and is related Hartsgrove. The alleged offenses occurred between the dates of September 2010 and February 2011.
