A Monmouth County grand jury indicted a Keansburg man on Thursday on heroin possession charges. Daniel Savitsky, 27, was arrested on July 24, 2013 in Middletown near the Henry Hudson Trail. Savitsky was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession with intent to distribute, and possession with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park.
