Middletown 1920's Mansion For Sale, Built by Macy's Owners
Cobble Close Farm in Middletown is officially on the market for $10.9 million.

Cobble Close Farm in Middletown is officially on the market for the first time ever as of Monday, the Asbury Park Press is reporting.
Co-owner Jeffrey Mindham is selling the 19,000-square-foot estate without a listing agent for $10.9 million.
Cobble Close Farm was built in the 1920s by the legendary Straus family, owners of Macy’s and Abraham and Straus department stores. The mansion is also tied to the history surrounding the sinking of the Titanic: Isadore and Ida Straus perished aboard the Titanic when the ship sank to the bottom of the sea in 1912.
