Middletown Police Blotter: Weapon and Drug Possession Charges

The provides a blotter of recent police activities on a regular basis. The reports below are reprinted unedited from the release prepared by Detective Lieutenant Stephen Dollinger.

• Kyle Constanza, age 20, from Wendover Court in Bedminster, NJ, arrested on June 12, 2012 by Corporal James Keenan for Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (switch blade knife) and Unlawful Possession of Suboxone. He was released pending a court date.
• Russell Dunn, age 25, from Highland Avenue in Leonardo, NJ, arrested on June 14, 2012 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood for Aggravated Assault, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Criminal Mischief, Resisting Arrest and Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose. He was held on $65,000.00 with a 10% option set by Judge James Berube.
• George McNulty, age 42, from Southend Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested on June 17, 2012 by Corporal James Keenan for Disorderly Conduct. He was released pending a court date.
• Kayla Acceturo, age 21, from Virginia Avenue in Hazlet, NJ, arrested on June 17, 2012 by Patrolman Adam Colfer for Possession of Heroin, Unlawful Possession of Suboxone and Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe. She was released pending a court date.
• James Georgianna, age 20, from Hudson Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested on June 17, 2012 by Patrolman Richard Fulham for Criminal Mischief and Simple Assault. He was held on $5,000.00 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Kyle Clayton, age 20, from Ironwood Court in Middletown, NJ, arrested on June 16, 2012 by Patrolman Brady Carr for Criminal Mischief. He was held on bail.
• Frank Busco, age 38, from Marco Island Court in Holmdel, NJ, arrested on June 16, 2012 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield for Simple Assault. He was released pending a court date.
• Daniel Callahan, age 60, from Brimmer Avenue in New Holland, PA, arrested on June 15, 2012 by Corporal Bernie Chenoweth for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.
• Sean Vanglahn, age 21, from Forest Avenue in Keansburg, NJ, arrested on June 15, 2012 by Patrolman Brian McGrogan for Disorderly Conduct. He was released pending a court date.
• Jeffrey Garber, age 18, from Bluebell Road in Colts Neck, NJ, arrested on June 15, 2012 by Sergeant Paul Bailey for Driving While Intoxicated and Underage Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.
• Sammy Madbouly, age 20, from Regal Drive in Morganville, NJ, arrested on June 15, 2012 by Patrolman Ian May for Possession of Alcohol by a Minor and Obstructing the Administration of Law. He was released pending a court date.
• Kyle Sullivano., age 21, from Kimberly Court in Middletown, NJ, arrested on June 18, 2012 by Patrolman Keith Hirschbein for Simple Assault. He was released pending a court date.
• Joseph Canavan, age 21, from Jefferson Street in Red Bank, NJ, arrested on June 18, 2012 by Patrolman Andrew Micalizzi for Possession for under 50 Grams of Marijuana and on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Middletown and Tinton Falls Municipal Court. He was held on $1,639.00 bail.

The information concerning the above arrests was obtained directly from the Middletown Township Police Department's records. While all suspects have been arrested and charged with the named offenses, convictions depend on the outcome of court appearances. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty in that court of law.
