The Middletown South Class of 2013 graduated Wednesday during an afternoon ceremony at Monmouth Athletic Center.
Senior Thomas DiMeo, one of three valedictorians, reflected on high school and looked to the future while addressing his classmates during the ceremony.
"We all have the capacity for greatness. It's our job to find it and share it with the world," DiMeo said.

DiMeo's fellow valedictorians, Samuel Altland and Michelle Jin, also addressed the senior class.
"This change should not be feared; this change should not be pushed away," said Altland. "It should be embraced."
"This time belongs to us and only us," Jin said while reminiscing about the class' last four years together.
