Municipal, School Meetings Scheduled This Week

Mark those calendars—below are programs, meetings and events you don't want to miss in Middletown this week:

Monday, Nov. 18

Middletown’s Township Committee will hold a regular meeting beginning at 8 p.m. in the township’s municipal building, 1 Kings Highway.

Tuesday, Nov. 19

A budget ad-hoc meeting for Middletown schools 2014-15 year will begin at 9:15 a.m. at the Bayshore Middle School cafeteria. Anyone interested in attending is asked to RSVP by emailing nivenv@middletownk12.org.

The Middletown Board of Education will meet for a regular meeting at 8 p.m. in the High School North library, 63 Tindall Rd.

Wednesday, Nov. 20

Middletown’s Library Board will meet for a 7 p.m. meeting at the New Monmouth location, 55 New Monmouth Road. Call 732-671-3700 for more information.

Friday, Nov. 22

Children ages 6-12 are invited to participate in the Middletown Recreation Department’s Soccer Turkey Shoot Out at the Croydon Hall Gym. The program costs $5 and begins at 6 p.m. Winners in each age group are awarded with a medal and turkey.
