• Footage Released In Fatal E-Bike, Police Car Collision In Middletown (patch.com) — Middletown residents are seeing newly released state video of the October 2025 Route 36 collision where an Atlantic Highlands police cruiser struck an e-bike rider, who later died at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. The Attorney General has now identified the victim and officer involved, shared the footage after the family’s review, and continues to investigate the fatal Middletown crash.
