Public Hearing on Proposed Taylor Lane Housing Development Continues

American Properties will continue their application to build a housing development in Middletown at a Planning Board meeting Wednesday.

A public hearing on a Taylor Lane housing developing proposed by American Properties will continue at the Middletown Planning Board meeting on Wednesday. 

According to the Planning Board's agenda for the Aug. 7 meeting, American Properties is seeking preliminary and final subdivision approval as well as preliminary and final site plan approval. The project includes the construction of 196 townhouses, 49 affordable units and a 3,600 square foot clubhouse with a pool.

The approximately 31 acre parcel of undeveloped land off of Taylor Lane runs along Route 35 near the Holmdel border.

The Planning Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. at Middletown Town Hall, 1 Kings Highway, in the main meeting room. The meeting is open to the public.
