• Create your own Time Capsule: Middletown Township Public Library, 3:30 pm in the Community Room

Tuesday, November 11

Veterans Day observed

• The Irish in the U.S. Civil War: Glas, Gorm’s Liath: This event will be held in the Middletown Public Library at 7 PM.

Wednesday, November 12

• Middletown Township Public Schools PTA Meeting, 7 p.m.

Thursday, November 13

• WEIRD NJ program for Tweens @ Middletown Library: Weird New Jersey. Is “the most haunted house in America” right here in Middletown? Find out. 4:00 pm.

• Free Artists’ Workshop at Brookdale Community College: Noted painter Kimberly Cole Trowbridge will give a free presentation at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft.

Friday, November 14

• Girl Scouts to Go Skating: Hazlet Girl Scout Troop 17 is sponsoring an ice skating night for fellow Girl Scouts and for girls from all towns who are interested in learning about the organization. Friends and family are welcome too! The event will be held at Ice World at the Middletown Sports Complex, 214 Harmony Road, Middletown, starting at 6:00 p.m. Cost: $10

• Middletown Arts Center’s Savor the Arts: Italy Schedule of Events: Savor the Arts: Italy takes place November 14 – 16 with a celebration of Italian culture at the Middletown Arts Center.

Saturday, November 15

• Middletown Township Public Library: Free Practice ACT Test. Registration is required as space is limited to 20. Register at the Kaplan site: http://www.kaptest.com/enroll/SAT/07748/events. 9:30 am.
