What should Millburn's mandated affordable housing look like? The next meeting will be held later this month.
MILLBURN, NJ — Like other towns in New Jersey, Millburn must follow a state directive to include a certain percentage of affordable housing in its developments, but how much? This issue was hotly debated in meetings last year and before, and will be discussed again later this month.

The township of Millburn will host an "affordable housing public information session" on Tuesday, April 26 at 7 p.m. at Millburn Town Hall, and also on Zoom.

"The session will focus on the design of the 100 percent affordable development that the township is pursuing," said a message from the town.
