In State v. Suitlana Kyrukhina, of New York, the State charged her with shoplifting $799 worth of clothing and product from Neiman Marcus. She pleaded guilty to the charge. The Court imposed a fine of $750, $33 in court costs, a $50 VCCO (Victims of Crime Compensation Office) penalty and a $75 safe neighborhood fee.
In State v. Michael Donnelly of Millburn, the State charged him with possession of marijuana. The case against him was dismissed.
