'Luxury In Motion' At Short Hills Mall: Watches, Jewelry, Cocktails, Food

MILLBURN, NJ — The Mall at Short Hills will host a ticketed event that celebrates the “artistry and innovation of fine watchmaking and jewelry” on Thursday, Oct. 16.

According to a news release, the event will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. at the mall, 1200 Morris Turnpike in Short Hills (enter near Tiffany & Co.) It will take place on both the upper and lower levels of the shopping center near Neiman Marcus and within the participating boutiques.

Here’s what to expect, organizers said:

“Luxury In Motion invites guests to immerse themselves in the world of luxury watchmaking while exploring the artistry of fine jewelry and elevated culinary experiences. Event highlights include rare timepiece unveilings, conversations with master watchmakers, champagne tastings, bespoke shopping opportunities, exquisite bites and more. Participating retailers include Breitling, Bvlgari, Celine, David Yurman, IWC Schaffhausen, London Jewelers, Omega, Panerai, TAG Heuer, Tiffany & Co., Bloomingdale’s and Neiman Marcus.”

The ticket price includes access to in-store activations, signature cocktails, curated light bites, and other “exclusive experiences.” The event restaurant partner, Eataly, will serve authentic Italian cuisine and cocktails to complement the evening. Guests will be welcomed at check-in on the lower level near Neiman Marcus with a signature craft cocktail served in the “Luxury In Motion Lounge.”

Space is limited; advanced purchase of tickets is encouraged. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol.
