MILLBURN, NJ — Millburn police arrested a local resident on Wednesday after he was allegedly spotted committing a "lewd act" in a local parking deck, authorities say. According to the Millburn Police Department, an officer saw a 33-year-old Short Hills man sitting with his pants down and "committing a lewd act" in the stairwell of the Millburn parking deck (Lot 2). MILLBURN, NJ — Millburn police arrested a local resident on Wednesday after he was allegedly spotted committing a “lewd act” in a local parking deck, authorities say.

According to the Millburn Police Department, an officer saw a 33-year-old Short Hills man sitting with his pants down and “committing a lewd act” in the stairwell of the Millburn parking deck (Lot 2). Police charged the man with lewdness, authorities said.
