MILLBURN, NJ — Millburn police recently arrested two teens from Hudson County after catching them in a stolen car at The Mall at Short Hills, authorities reported Friday. According to the Millburn Police Department, a police captain spotted a 2017 Kia Forte stolen out of Union City traveling near the mall on Dec. 28. Police officers stopped the car and arrested the driver and passenger without incident, authorities said. Both suspects are 18-year-old Jersey City residents.
