Millburn Is Making Change To Parking Permit Application Process
Planning to apply for a commuter or business parking permit in Millburn? Here's an important change to know.
MILLBURN, NJ — Millburn drivers who want to apply for commuter and business parking permits will now have to do so online.
According to a municipal advisory, 2026 commuter and business parking permits must be applied for online beginning Friday, Dec. 12.
Applicants will receive an email when their permit is ready for pick up at 22 East Willow Street.

“This year as we prepare to transition to a new system, applications will be online ONLY for all permit types,” the town’s advisory says.
