Millburn’s ‘First-Ever Indoor Market’ Will Have Organic Goodies

The Farm & Fork Society and Green Nectar Juicery are teaming up for "the first-ever indoor market in Millburn" on April 7.

MILLBURN, NJ — The Farm & Fork Society and Green Nectar Juicery will be teaming up to host what they’re calling “the first-ever indoor market in Millburn” on Saturday, April 7.

According to a news release from organizers, The Courtyard Market will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. inside the Courtyard building located at 343 Millburn Avenue in Millburn. Click here for more information about this event.

“Attendees will be able to purchase produce items from local vendors including some as local as Millburn-Short Hills. Products available for purchase include organic naturally leavened breads from Apple Ridge Farm, micro-greens from Coeur et Sol Urban Farms, mushrooms from The Foraged Feast, fruit and bake goods from Breezy Hill Orchards, pasta from Knoll Krest Farm, organic, gluten-free bars from Blue Barn Kitchen, jams from Jams by Kim, granola from Krunch Kitchen, prepared foods from The Farm & The Chickpea, tea from Simply Melange, salsas from Casitas, juices, salads and soups from Green Nectar Juicery, grainless gluten-free baked goods from Squirrel & Bee and learn to compost and purchase your very own from Java’s Compost.”

In addition:

“Happy Millburn will be on hand with new t-shirts for spring to show your support for our small town and beatify yourself with a tattoo from Hennas by Margret. There also will be wine tasting at UnWined and special salads and goodies at The Salad House.”

Farm & Fork Society will have detailed information about how to sign up for the 2018 season and there will be a free raffle with prizes donated from our vendors. The event will also raise money for Generation Zero: Working To Reduce Hunger in NJ.

The money raised will purchase fresh produce for local food pantries (Isaiah House, Interfaith Food Pantry of the Oranges and Our Lady of Sorrows Food Pantry), organizers said.
