“This fall, our district will embark on a strategic planning process designed to guide our shared vision and priorities over the next several years. This will be a collaborative and inclusive effort, ensuring that the voices of our school community help shape the path forward.

“The strategic plan process will be led by consultants from The Madison Institute (TMI Education) who will be working closely with district and community organizations to identify individuals to serve on one of five core planning teams. The teams will reflect a broad cross-section of our school community, including students, parents, teachers, staff members, administrations, Board of Education members and community members.

“An information session will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 15 in the Millburn Middle School Auditorium for those interested in learning more about the strategic planning process and taking part in a collaborative district analysis that will serve as a key resource moving forward. If you are interested in potentially serving on one of the core teams and contributing to this important effort, I encourage you to complete this Google form. While not everyone who expresses interest may be selected due to the need for a balanced and representative group, we deeply value your willingness of our families to be involved.

“Thank you, as always, for your partnership and support of our schools. Please reference Millburn’s Strategic Planning website for updates on this initiative as it moves forward.”
