The C.H.E.S.S. League, which stands for Challenging the Heads of Elementary School Students, is a consortium of schools that play tournaments against each other throughout the school year.
Each school, along with a fifth (Millburn’s Deerfield Elementary School) has a team of students who will play throughout the 2014-15 school year in a series of tournaments scheduled once or twice a month.
