Power Outage Hits 2,500 Customers In Millburn: JCP&L
A power outage impacted more than 2,500 customers in Millburn, the utility provider said. Here's when the electricity is expected to return.
MILLBURN, NJ — A power outage impacted more than 2,500 FirstEnergy customers in Millburn on Monday evening.
According to Jersey Central Power & Light’s online outage map, 2,596 customers in Millburn were left without electricity. The estimated time of restoration is 7:30 p.m.
The cause is pending investigation, the utility provider stated.

JCP&L added the following details about the situation:
“Additional Crews Requested - Due to the complexity of the repairs additional resources are required to safely restore power to your area. They will be dispatched as quickly as possible.”
