Progress Update On Taylor Park Project Coming In Millburn
Millburn Township officials will host a public information session on the Taylor Park Gateway Project. Here's what to expect.
MILLBURN, NJ — Millburn Township officials will host a public information session on the Taylor Park Gateway Project on Wednesday, Feb. 26.
According to a municipal advisory, the event will take place at 7 p.m. at Town Hall, 375 Millburn Avenue.
The meeting will be a public forum to discuss the progress made to improve the gateway to Taylor Park as outlined in the Downtown Area Vision Plan, officials say.

The goals of the project include:
- “Create a gateway feature and improved aesthetics”
- “Protect and preserve the historic elm tree”
- “Make the park entrance accessible to all”
- “Improve plantings for visibility”
- “Safety improvements”
“Project goals were achieved with a limited scope and budget without impacting the Walbridge Rose Garden,” the town’s advisory stated.
