Republicans make disingenuous claim

they spin a genuine attribute into a negative ploy

Clearly the Republicans are desperate as they condescend Annette Romano and spin her genuine attribute into a negative ploy.

Annette has been involved in Millburn’s activities, events, special programs, employment and volunteer jobs for decades. As mayor and township committee member, she has even greater interest, passion and responsibility for the success of everything that the town has to offer.

Republicans, however, had to spin her remarkable energy and dedication into mere quests for photo-opportunities. How sad.

Annette is a genuinely warm people-person who cares about every individual. Her work style has always been for unity, collaboration and nonpartisanship. Residents know that Annette has unsurpassed integrity.

Long time former Republican mayor, township committee member and Board of Education Chair, Sandy Haimoff, has crossed party lines to endorse Romano. How telling.

If our township wants ethical, calm, consensus -building leadership, the choice is clearly Romano and Cohen.
