Rocktoberfest In Millburn: Popular Music Festival Will Return For 2025

Get ready to experience the ultimate celebration of community as Rocktoberfest celebrates its 10th anniversary on Sept. 13, 2025 (rain date 9/20)! Join the Millburn Education Foundation in Taylor Park to celebrate our milestone year with a festival that features incredible musical performances, kids’ rides and games, local food vendors, retail and artisan retailers, and a beer garden. Most importantly, the Millburn Education Foundation will use proceeds from this event to continue its support of Millburn Township Schools. Since 1993, the Millburn Education Foundation has partnered with our generous community members, dedicated volunteers and the Millburn School District to gift over $3.5 million to Millburn Public Schools.

This year, Rocktoberfest is thrilled to welcome headliner Fix You: a world-class Coldplay tribute band. Fans of the iconic band can expect to hear all their favorite hits brought to life with the passion and energy that only Fix You can deliver. Fix You was featured on Jimmy Fallon’s Clash of the Cover Bands on E! Network and in shows across the US and the Caribbean. Rocktoberfest is also proud to showcase local musicians and teen bands from Millburn and surrounding towns. Each band brings its own unique sounds to the stage, offering a diverse mix of genres that reflect the spirit of our community. Whether you’re into rock, pop, or Bollywood dance, there’s something for every musical taste.

The Millburn Education Foundation and Rocktoberfest extend our sincere thanks to our platinum-level sponsors. Stella Artois products will be available in our 21+ beer garden. Additional platinum-level sponsors include Paper Mill Playhouse, Concierge Pediatrics, Jodi & Joanna Group, and Boxcar Bar & Grill, who will be hosting live music throughout the day as well as the official Rocktoberfest after-party.

Rocktoberfest is proud to continue its commitment to inclusivity with expanded low-sensory offerings, including Special Olympics New Jersey activities, silent disco on the tennis courts, and acoustic performances at the Bauer Center stage that are presented in an indoor setting for our guests who prefer a quieter experience.

“10 years ago, a small crew of MEF board members and music lovers came together to conceive of a music-themed event that would unite our community and be open to residents of all ages,” states Rocktoberfest co-chair, Micole Cohen Richter. Adds co-chair Joanna Parker-Lentz, “what has blossomed over the past 10 years is success beyond our wildest imaginations. Rocktoberfest is now our largest fundraiser, drawing 5,000 to 6,000 attendees annually for the best day Millburn has to offer.”
