MILLBURN, NJ — Two Millburn teens will get a little extra financial help with each year of college thanks to their hard work in high school.

The National Merit Scholarship Foundation announced the latest round of winners Monday.

The scholarships provide up to $2,500 per year for each of four years of college.

Seth Abrams





Probable career field: Medicine

School: Millburn High School

Seth won a National Merit Scholarship from Tufts University, located 6 miles from Boston. Tufts has 4,400 undergraduates in liberal arts and engineering.

Madison Trinchillo

Probable career field: Business

School: Millburn High School

Madison won a Scholarship for Northeastern University. Founded in 1898, Northeastern University is a private research university located in Boston, Massachusetts.
