Will Millburn Get Snow This Week? See Local Forecast

MILLBURN, NJ — Weather forecasters are predicting the first widespread snow of the winter season in New Jersey this week, with some ugliness potentially headed Millburn's way.

The Millburn area may see rain and/or snow on Wednesday night and Thursday morning, according to the National Weather Service (NWS). There is a wind advisory in effect from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday.

Here is the local weather forecast for Millburn this week, according to the NWS:

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 39. South wind around 9 mph.

Wednesday Night: A chance of snow before midnight, then a chance of rain. Cloudy, with a steady temperature around 36. Southwest wind 10 to 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%.

Thursday: Rain showers likely before 10am, then a slight chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 39. Wind chill values between 25 and 30. Breezy, with a west wind 15 to 21 mph, with gusts as high as 45 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 27. Wind chill values between 15 and 20. Breezy, with a west wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph.

Friday: Sunny, with a high near 35. Northwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph.

Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 24.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 37.

Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 27.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 45.

Sunday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 33.
