2 Men Shatter Door Of Montclair Restaurant, Yell At Customers: Police
An unusual act of "criminal mischief" recently took place at a restaurant in Montclair, police said.
MONTCLAIR, NJ — Two men allegedly committed an unusual act of “criminal mischief” at a restaurant in Montclair last week, authorities say.
The Montclair Police Department released the following details about the incident, which took place on Walnut Street on Sept. 16:
“Employees at Palazzo Pasta Company reported two males shattered the front door to the restaurant. The suspects possibly used a porcelain vase to break the window and then began yelling at customers.”
Witnesses described one suspect as a heavyset male wearing a colorful tie-dye t-shirt. The other suspect was wearing a brown-colored shirt, police said.
