Car Hits Pedestrian In Glen Ridge, Driver Issued Summons: Police
The driver was issued a summons for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, police said.
GLEN RIDGE, NJ — A pedestrian was recently hit by a car in Glen Ridge, authorities say.
According to the Glen Ridge Police Department, an officer responded to Ridgewood and Watchung avenues at 12:43 p.m. on April 10 after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.
The injured pedestrian was taken to a nearby hospital, and the driver was issued a summons for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, police said.
