Construction Tools Taken From Two Montclair Homes
Both burglaries reported May 1 to Montclair Police.

Tools were the target of two recent burglaries in the township, according to Montclair Police.
A Milwaukee Circular Saw valued at $80 was reported missing from a home on Woodland Avenue on Wednesday, May 1.
The homeowner told police someone broke the window pane of her front door near the lock to enter the house some time between 9:30 p.m. the previous night and around 6:57 a.m., when the burglary was reported.

At 1:30 p.m. the same day, a local contractor reported about $1,250 worth of construction tools taken from a job site on Gates Avenue. The home was entered through an unlocked opening in the back of the house, police said.
